Terms
Last updated: September 4, 2026
The short version
Use Sleeve to journal your own fits. Don’t use it to harass anyone, violate another person’s rights, interfere with the service, or break the law. Keep a separate copy of content you need to retain.
Who you’re agreeing with
Sleeve is made and operated by KazmaTek LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. “Sleeve,” “we,” and “us” refer to KazmaTek LLC. “You” means whoever downloads, installs, or uses the app. When you use Sleeve, these terms are an agreement between you and KazmaTek LLC.
Account
You must be at least 18 years old and have an account to use Sleeve. Sign up with an email and password, keep your credentials secure, and notify us if you believe someone else has accessed your account. You can delete your account from Settings at any time.
We can suspend or close an account if it’s being used to harass others, distribute illegal material, or otherwise abuse the service.
Your content
You retain ownership of the photos, notes, tags, and wardrobe items you add to Sleeve. You grant KazmaTek LLC a limited license to host, store, back up, process, and display that content only as needed to operate Sleeve. We do not sell it, license it for unrelated use, or train models on it.
Do not upload content you do not own or have permission to use, or content that violates another person’s privacy or other rights.
What you agree not to do
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source of the app, except where local law explicitly permits it.
- Use Sleeve to send abusive, harassing, or unlawful content to any other person.
- Probe Sleeve or our backend for security holes without our written permission.
- Build a competing service by scraping or copying Sleeve’s interfaces, content, or design.
- Bypass usage limits, share an account, or otherwise abuse the service.
Usage data
Sleeve collects a limited set of usage events and crash reports through Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics. This data is not linked to your Sleeve account and does not include journal content. The Privacy Policy describes what is collected, how long it is retained, and how to stop new collection by turning off Share usage data in Settings.
Service availability
Sleeve may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, network failures, or outages affecting providers such as Firebase or the App Store. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service.
Disclaimer
Sleeve is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, KazmaTek LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep a separate copy of any photo or record you need to retain.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes lost data, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Termination
You can stop using Sleeve and delete your account whenever you want. We can suspend or terminate an account for material breach of these terms. When feasible, we will notify you and allow you to address the breach before termination. The Your content, Disclaimer, Liability, and Governing law sections survive termination.
Changes
We will update these terms when the product or legal requirements change. We will announce material changes in the app or by email and update the effective date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, where KazmaTek LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes go to the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
